Anger

It is not so much our feelings of anger but how we express that anger and behave when angry, that can be so destructive. This behaviour can cause suffering in relationships and impact on others.

Counselling and psychotherapy can help in taking the time to explore and understand what is going on within you and what is the source of your anger. Finding ways to express that anger that is safe for you and other people can be part of that process. Often anger masks deeper, more painful feelings. Facing what lies beneath your anger can take time and can be challenging.
